What kind of music do you think Jefferson liked to play on his violin? (cue "He Plays the Violin")
Life, liberty,
and the pursuit of fuck yeah.
-Thomas Jefferson, June 1776
Hardcore Finnish death metal. That’s an interesting question, to which the answer you are looking for might be on the music tag from another question someone posed. I do know he apparently didn’t like Mozart, or at least not enough to have the sheet music for Mozart, if memory serves. I only remember that because it is kind of bizarre. But he liked contemporary music or what we’d label classic, and had music for duets and a house full of musical instruments and family members who know how to play.
